Melissa Sipherd

Melissa began in the financial industry in 1999, assisting financial advisors at Merrill Lynch. In 2001, she started working with Jim Dishman as a Registered Client Associate, a role that marked the beginning of a successful and enduring professional relationship. She continued to support Jim at Raymond James and now assists him and Addison at LPL, bringing her expertise and dedication to each firm.

After taking some time off to focus on raising her three children, Melissa returned to the industry with her spreadsheet, organizing, attention-to-detail, and CRM systems skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies with an emphasis in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys pickleball, jigsaw puzzles, and spending time outdoors and with her family. She has an enthusiasm for helping financial advisors and clients pursue their goals, as well as a dedication to contributing to the smooth operation of the office.
